It's important to make sure you have good insurance to protect your house and cars but when you actually feel appreciated for being a part of a company or at least that your agent truly has your best interests at heart...that's what it's all about!

"We have been with State Farm, Exclusively Chris Erwin, for several years. We are very very pleased with the service we have always received. One key example, a few years ago my son was involved in a car accident where an uninsured motorist rear ended his car while he was sitting stationary at a stoplight. I called Chris and he sprung into action right away. He was reassuring things would be handled, took care of getting a wrecker there to get my son’s car, AFTER he asked repeatedly if my son was ok. Stayed in constant contact throughout the whole process of getting the claim taken care of promptly to the point of resolution. This is just one example. One among many. Chris and his staff always call with information or updates, ways to save, changes coming, everything. In today’s day and age where so many things are handled “elsewhere” with companies Chris and his team make sure they show and express personalization to their customers. I truly appreciate their hard work."
